It's so true. I feel sorry for the younger women and guys too. I lived through the older style ads where we were all supposed to be Suzy Homemaker and smile no matter what. No wonder we had 'mother's little helpers,' ha,ha. I don't like the reverse sexism of ads either, where woman are smug know-it-alls and men dumber than a box of hair. I don't like sexism full stop. I could go on and on, it should be a soapbox moment.
Nowadays we just get ads where the women nag and the men are stupid. Oh, and of impossibly skinny proportions...but everyone SEEMS happy...
